What you will be doing with us
Primarily, you will make sure that our (web) servers (Gentoo, Debian) and LAN clients (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux) are running smoothly. You will also make yourself irreplaceable by independently analysing and improving our data processing using various scripting tools.
Lastly, you will have the opportunity to learn and to grow in this role, and ultimately become a key figure in our team by actively contributing to our day-to-day problem solving tasks (eg. long-distance diagnosis of client servers).
What you will bring to the table
- experience in command line control and administration of linux servers, web servers and daemons.
- scripting skills (bash, perl, python,...) would be a big plus.
- excellent analytical thinking
- teamwork and commitment
- persistence in problem solving
