The person selected for this position should have 3+ years of experience as a GUI developer.

[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Windows Visual Studio 7.1
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Windows XP/2003
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]OOD & OOP & OOM (Object Oriented Measurements)
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Some understanding of complex software architectures
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]OO (GoF) Patterns
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Designing and Round-Trip in UML/Rational Rose
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Excellent graphical skills and creative visual talent
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Good command of German and/or English (working languages)
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Ideally some experience with control version systems (ClearCase preferred)
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Some knowledge of software development process (Rational Unified Process preferred)
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Interest in / an understanding of the financial industry
