I live in Simmeringer dormitory, and want to move out till february, the rental paymaent is 475 euro, and the deposit is 950 euro, this is double room,and infront of U3 Simmeringer subway. If someone interested in this case, I would be happy to rent it. 38 meters+12 meters balkony.
