Task
For hardening and maintenance of a web-based forum application we are looking for a contractor.
Scope
The project scope is defined in two phases:
- Hardening of the existing application to avoid intrusion and spam messages (estimated with at least 60h)
- Regular maintenance along agreed volume after finish of phase one.
Requirements
The application is based on a JSP/Servlet implementation deployed via Apache Tomcat and already has been regularly hardened over years of its existence. Thus, applicants should have
multiple years of experience with the following technologies and topics:
- JSP and Servlet applications
- Web Application Security
- SPAM detection and prevention
- Programming using relational databases (ideally using PostgreSQL)
- Apache Tomcat
